4 week workshop where we created and visualized a multitude of future meal ordering, receiving, drive-thru concepts with the client team. Every idea was brought to life (sketched), evaluated, discussed and rationalized and then determined which ones could be made “real” for five years in the future.
Created new customer/team member journey maps showing the various new proposed meal order/receive touchpoints…drive-thru, dine-in, pick-up, etc.
This led to the related presentation of four restaurant of the future concepts where I determined the overall look and branded environment.
