4 week workshop where we created and visualized a multitude of future meal ordering, receiving, drive-thru concepts with the client team. Every idea was brought to life (sketched), evaluated, discussed and rationalized and then determined which ones could be made “real” for five years in the future.
Created new customer/team member journey maps showing the various new proposed meal order/receive touchpoints…drive-thru, dine-in, pick-up, etc.
This led to the related presentation of four restaurant of the future concepts where I determined the overall look and branded environment. Designed and developed next generation global exterior sign program for McDonald’s. Redesigned Golden Arches highway sign, developed road sign as well as monument and directional signs.
Worked with Uppings Consultancy to develop, create and visualize a new local renewable energy generation and storage, that could enhance the health and wealth of the people and places that surround it—most especially the communities right on the “fence-line.”
Besides the Gigawatt vision that incorporates existing renewable technology, this “new power plant” can be an economic engine for municipalities as former box store locations are converted to and integrated with community solar projects and utility investments.

United brought together key functions throughout the company to re-define the end-to-end customer experience and develop its own, unique “service philosophy.” United was intent on becoming: “A service company committed to delivering travel experiences that make customers feel respected, relaxed, and rewarded.”
Prophet developed a cutting-edge segmentation to help United identify two critical target segments that provided clear financial opportunity. Through extensive analysis of the Check-In, Gate and Boarding process, we were able to identify customer objectives and key touchpoints that differentiated the two segments.
After we identified several signature touchpoints, United piloted an improved on-board experience, premium check-in area and boarding process in major airports with positive results.

Designed and developed exterior retrofit for McDonald’s freestanding restaurants. McDonald’s needed a more cost effective restaurant update solution to meet franchisee’s cost concerns. Developed a kit of parts that could be easily clad to existing building. Franchisees had the option to customize their restaurants based on which U.S. region they where located. These solutions offered the franchisee more flexibility and cost savings in how they choose to upgrade their McDonald’s restaurant.

Qdoba was in need of a design transformation. We identified our design target, the "Social Savorist." Brand attributes were developed to guide how guests should experience the brand. The brand attributes were then translated into design criteria which drove the design of the customer experience at each touchpoint as well as the direction of the branded exterior and interior 3D elements.

Foodland Markets was looking to update and modernize their look and feel. Prophet created a new identity along with revised design guidelines. I was instrumental in implementing those guidelines into recommendations for optional interior retail store design directions as well as entry facade designs.
